I was happy to contribute a project to the book Vintage Craft Workshop by Cathy Callahan. The book is finally out and it's great to see it in print. We were asked to reinterpret a vintage craft, you can see mine in the spread below. I used a similar pattern to what I use for my crochet necklaces but scaled them up for the mobile. It's really fun to see all the vintage projects and new interpretations, check it out!
I love this. This book is definitely growing on me.

really beautiful project and great book! I remember when I was only little - my grandparents had two lovely crocheted wall decorations at home and can never forget that and I think that is one of the first things that made me want to crochet :)

Creative post shared here. I like to use similar model that connect my necklaces, but reduces its size to the phones. It's really fun to see each piece of the interpretations of vintage.

Just "surfin" tonight and came across your mobile. Too cute. Going to have to give this a try for a brand new great niece.
