While I was home for Christmas I was able to go to the home of a seamstress and milliner who passed away and dig through boxes. She was the aunt of a family friend and had mountains of trim, fabric, buttons, patterns, rick rack, lace and every kind of notion you could imagine. Thought I would share a few pictures of my loot. Oh man! I am drooling. There's not much I love more than vintage notions! :)

Oh the ric rac! I recently found an old pack of ric rac in cotton chocolate brown that was promptly used up and I miss it still. I'm lime green with envy.
