I am finally finishing up the items for the Folk show at Rose and Radish in San Francisco! The show is opening Nov 6. I will be sending dolls, crochet/lace pieces, painted bottles and felt trivets.

Purchasing artwork
Hi,
I have gotten several requests wanting to know how to purchase the artwork for my upcoming show at Tinlark Gallery in LA. The opening is Saturday July 14. I think from 4-7. But if you won't be in LA the ladies there said it's fine to order from them. They will even presell items before the opening. It's best to call them 323.463.0039 at the gallery or email jwimbley@gmail.com. Because I'm still working on everything it's still a work in progress and I haven't finalized prices and finishing touches. Thanks so much for the interest I've gotten about the work. It's very encouraging.
PS. The bottles are on the urban outfitters blog and on diesel's blog too.

bottle paintings
i've been working on these bottle paintings also for the Modern Fable show. They are done with Japan paint, a paint used for lettering on windows and signs.

felt trivets
here are felt trivets which will be for the Modern Fable show coming up in LA this July. see prev. posts for links. they are cut out of 2 layers of wool felt and will be arranged as a wall installation. thanks for all the nice comments and emails i've been getting!

new works for modern fable show
I am participating in a 3 person show at Tinlark Gallery in LA this summer. It will take place July 15 to August 11. The other artists are Maggie Hiltner and Ann Wood. The theme will be A Modern Fable, which has got me contemplating that idea the last few months. I will be posting on my progress for the show here, it's coming up quickly!
